What They Do

Aspire offers all women 18+ a welcoming and safe space to feel supported, socialise, gain confidence and skills, raise aspirations and recognise personal goals.

We provide award winning women’s services in the North-East of England. We offer a comprehensive range of intergenerational support and wellbeing services from our women only centre in Chester-le-Street. These sit alongside our learning programmes which build self-esteem, confidence, and skills. All services are at no cost to you.

We support women whose lives have been affected by mental health issues, self-harm & suicide, help rebuild women’s lives following domestic and sexual abuse and violence, build on self-worth, self-care and aspirations, reduce loneliness and isolation, support the impact of poverty
