Aspire offers all women 18 and over in County Durham a safe and welcoming space to feel supported to socialise, gain confidence and skills, raise their aspirations and set new personal goals.

They provide a comprehensive range of intergenerational support and wellbeing services alongside learning programmes which build self-esteem, confidence, and skills.
