The Rise of She is more than just a wellbeing organisation, it is a community of women supporting each other through every hormonal stage from first periods to menopause.
They are actively breaking down period stigma, making menstrual care accessible to all through their Period Dignity Campaign in which they create and distribute free, essential menstrual care packages.
